This article was previously published under Q179531 SYMPTOMS
If you print pages of labels to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4SI
printer, the text in the bottom labels of the sheet may be printed in the
wrong place. For example, if you print to Avery-Dennison 5660 labels, the
text in the bottom row of labels may be offset by up to 3/16".
CAUSE
The HP LaserJet 4SI printer driver does not always print the last row of
labels correctly.
RESOLUTION
To print the labels correctly, change the paper source from Auto Select to
Manual Feed by following these steps:
In the Printer Properties, change the paper source from Auto Select to
Manual Feed.
- On the File menu, click Print.
- Click Properties.
- In the Paper Source list, select Manual feed, and then click OK.
- Click OK to print your publication.
