PUB98: Cannot Print Photos to HP DeskJet Printers from Publisher (179518)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to print a photo image from Microsoft Publisher to a Hewlett- Packard DeskJet printer, the image may not print.

RESOLUTION

To print the image, follow these steps:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click the Printing tab.
  3. Click to select the "Print line-by-line (Inkjet printers only)" check box.
  4. Click OK.
You may want to contact Hewlett-Packard to inquire about an updated printer driver that resolves this problem.
