GW 2.0 Error: "Invalid Page Fault in QD98.dll" (179382)

SYMPTOMS

When you create a project in Greetings Workshop, you may receive the following error message:
The program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.

GWORKSHOP caused an invalid page fault in module QD98.dll

CAUSE

This error may occur if First Aid 97 is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

After obtaining the patch for First Aid, remove Greetings Workshop from your computer and then reinstall the program.

In some cases this has been found to be related to mismatched or corrupt printer drivers.
