FIX: Long Comment in .SQC File May Cause AV in Nsqlprep.exe (179283)

When the Microsoft Embedded SQL for C Pre-Compiler version 6.50.05 is used
to process a .sqc file containing large comments, an access violation (AV)
occurs.
WORKAROUND
In some cases, you may be able to remove lines of comments or the comment
blocks before running the .sqc file through Microsoft Embedded SQL for C
Pre-Compiler. This workaround may work with some files; however, it has
been shown that this workaround only resolves the problem with specific
files, and may fail to eliminate the AV with others.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server 6.5.
