SUMMARY

If one of the Microsoft Publisher components becomes corrupted after you have installed Publisher, you may want to reinstall that component. Once Microsoft Publisher has been installed, there are two methods you can use to add or remove (install or uninstall) a single component. For step-by- step instructions on how to do this, see the methods in the "More Information" section.

To reinstall or remove a component in Microsoft Publisher

  1. Close all programs.
  2. On the Windows Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
  4. On the Install/Uninstall tab, click Microsoft Publisher 98 and then click Add/Remove.
  5. To add new components or remove installed components click Add/Remove.
  6. Follow the directions provided in the setup dialog boxes.
