PUB98: WordArt May Not Use the In-Place Editing Interface (178903)

When you insert a Microsoft WordArt 3.2 object into a Publisher document,
you may not get the standard "in-place" editing interface.
CAUSE
This will occur if you selected the Display As Icon check box in the
Insert Object dialog box when you initially created the object. All
subsequent editing sessions of this WordArt object will also lack the
"in-place" editing interface.
