OL97: Received and Sent Times Incorrect with cc:Mail Services (178763)

When sending or receiving mail using Microsoft Outlook 97 with Cc:Mail
Services, the time stamps for the received or sent mail messages may be off
by as much as 5 hours. This only applies to Outlook on Microsoft Windows NT
4.0. The time and date stamps will be correct on Windows 95 computers.
CAUSE
This is a result of old Lotus Vim32.dll files dated 9/15/95 or earlier.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain the latest Vim32.dll files from
Lotus Corporation and copy them into the \Winnt\System32 folder. These
can be found at:
Click vdlw32.zip to download the file to your computer.
The vdlw32.zip file is a compressed file. You will need to extract the
files with a program such as PkUnzip or Winzip.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 97.
