SUMMARY

You can send a fax directly from Microsoft Publisher using Microsoft Fax by printing to the Microsoft Fax driver. Although there are several other ways to send a fax using the Microsoft Fax driver, they may not work correctly with Publisher.

To send a fax from Microsoft Publisher, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, click Print Setup.
  2. In the list of installed printers, click Microsoft Fax.
  3. Click OK.
  4. On the File menu, click Print.
  5. Choose which pages of your publication you want to print, adjust any other settings you want, and then click OK. After a pause, the New Fax Wizard starts.
  6. Complete the New Fax Wizard.
