This article was previously published under Q178446 SYMPTOMS
If you insert a table with a table width larger than 100 percent into a
page that contains a shared border, you won't be able to view or edit the
far right cells of the table. This is true if the table is inserted into
the shared border or the main body of the page.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, do either of the following:
- Always specify the table width to be less than 100 percent.
-or-
- Specifiy the width of the table in pixels. This will increase the size
of the shared border and will allow you to edit of the full table by
enabling the scroll bars in the editor.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
