SYMPTOMS
When you run Microsoft Exchange Setup, selecting "Reinstall" or
"Add/Remove" to remove the Active Server Component will fail with one or
both of the following pop-up error messages:
Processing file "D:\setup\I386\webcon.uns" at or near line 16.
The system cannot find the file specified.
Microsoft Windows NT
ID No: 0xc0020002
System cannot find the file specified.
Microsoft Windows NT
ID No: 0xc0020002
This also applies to applying Service Pack 2 to Exchange Server 5.5 in a clustered environment, on the second node. The server had Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 3.0, and Outlook Web Access (OWA) installed (OWA is not supported in a clustered environment).
CAUSE
The Active Server Pages (ASP) in Windows NT were removed before the Active
Server Component was removed from Exchange. A registry key that is required
for the Exchange Server Setup program to operate is deleted when the ASP is
removed.

Parameters.
- Click OK.
- With Parameters selected, select Add Value from the Edit menu.
