When you try to view a Web page, you may receive the following error
message:
An error has occurred in the script on this page. The script operation
has been canceled.
Microsoft Jscript runtime error
[Line: <number>] <jscript name> is undefined.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the User Agent string is missing from the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry branch.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer version
