When you upgrade your computer to Windows 98, network functionality may be
lost.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you install Windows 98 on a computer running
the Novell NetWare Client32 for MS-DOS network client.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, manually remove the NetWare Client32 for MS-DOS
network client before you upgrade to Windows 98. For information about how

Novell, or consult the documentation included with the program.
