Patterns Do Not Print on HP LaserJet 5p (177658)

SYMPTOMS

If you format a column of a PowerPoint chart with a pattern (for example, a wide upward diagonal), this pattern will not print on an HP LaserJet 5p. The problem can also be reproduced on a HP LaserJet 4M/4MP.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
