Error Message: Program Memory Is Very Low (177132)

SYMPTOMS

When you open a file using Microsoft Pocket PowerPoint, you may receive the following error message:
Program memory is very low.
After you tap OK, you may not see the complete Pocket PowerPoint file.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if your Handheld PC (H/PC) has a low amount of memory available for program use.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, use the following steps:
  1. On your H/PC, quit any programs that you are running. Test to see if this resolves the behavior. If the behavior is resolved, skip the remaining step. If the behavior is not resolved, continue to the next step.
  2. Allocate more memory to run programs. To do so, follow these steps:
    1. Tap Start, tap Settings, and then tap Control Panel.
    2. Double-tap System.
    3. On the Memory tab, move the Storage Memory/Program Memory slider to the left to allocate more memory to run programs, and then tap OK.
    4. Close Control Panel.
