SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to print checks in Money, your printer may print blank pages.

This behavior has been reported with many different printers.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, change the Spool Data Format setting from RAW to EMF. To do this:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Right-click the printer you want to use, and then click Properties.
  3. On the Details tab, click Spool Settings.
  4. Click Spool Print Jobs So Program Finishes Printing Faster.
  5. In the Spool Data Format box, click EMF.
  6. Click OK, and then click OK again.
If the issue continues to occur, install a generic print driver or an emulation print driver for your printer.
