When you connect your Handheld PC (H/PC) to a desktop computer running
Microsoft Windows NT, you can log on with a different user name and
password than you used when you installed Microsoft Windows CE Services.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
MORE INFORMATION
Any Windows NT account with permissions to access the desktop computer can
run Windows CE Services.
