Cinemania: Menus Do Not Fly Down When Running Windows NT 4.0 (176677)

SYMPTOMS

When you place your mouse over a menu in Microsoft Cinemania for Windows, the menu may not fly down if you are running Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have not installed Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 1 or later.

RESOLUTION

To determine if you have installed Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 1 or later, use the following steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools (Common), and then click Windows NT Diagnostics.
  2. Click the Version tab.
If you do not see a Service Pack specified on the Version line, obtain the latest Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack from the following Microsoft Web site: Follow the instructions on the screen to download and install the latest Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack.
