Marks Representing Increments Missing on NetMeeting Sliders (176423)

SYMPTOMS

When you are running NetMeeting, the marks representing volume increments for the Microphone and Speaker sliders on the Audio toolbar may be missing.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when you use certain large or extra large color schemes. This behavior is known to occur with the following color schemes:
  • Pumpkin (large)
  • Windows Standard (extra large)

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, choose a different color scheme. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Display, and then click the Appearance tab.
  3. In the Scheme box, click a different color scheme, and then click OK.
