OL97: WordMail Starts Even If Turned Off in Outlook (176336)

SYMPTOMS
When starting Microsoft Outlook 97, Microsoft Word 97 (WordMail) may start
as your e-mail editor, even thought you have not selected that option in
Outlook.
CAUSE
WordMail was selected in an earlier installation of Microsoft Exchange.
RESOLUTION
Run Microsoft Exchange and click to clear the WordMail option. Then clear
the WordMail option in Outlook again.
