Whiteboard Window Does Not Automatically Scroll When Drawing (176279)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to use any of the Whiteboard drawing tools to draw past the top or left edge of the Whiteboard window, the window may not automatically scroll.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are zoomed into the Whiteboard window while you are drawing.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade to the most current version of NetMeeting from the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/netmeeting

To work around this issue, zoom out by clicking Zoom on the View menu, or click the Zoom on the toolbar.
