SUMMARY

This article corrects a documentation error for the OLEDragMode and OLEDropMode default values as they apply to the RichTextBox control in the Help File that ships with Microsoft Visual Basic 5.0.

Online Help lists the default setting for OLEDropMode as rtfOLEDropNone. The default value for OLEDragMode is listed as rtfOLEDragManual. For the RichTextBox control, these defaults are incorrect. The default for OLEDropMode for the RichTextBox is rtfOLEDropAutomatic, and the default OLEDragMode is rtfOLEDragAutomatic.

STATUS

This documentation error has been fixed in Visual Basic 6.0.
