SYMPTOMS

Only three participants in a NetMeeting conference may be able to share programs.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if any of the conference participants uses NetMeeting 2.0 or earlier.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade to the most current version of NetMeeting from the following Microsoft Web site:

MORE INFORMATION

With NetMeeting 2.1, up to 32 computers can share programs. The total number of participants who can share a program is dependent on the host computer's resources and network bandwidth. When more than three participants share programs in a conference, a computer with NetMeeting 2.0 or earlier cannot share a program.
