Blank Page Printed Between Every Page on Epson Stylus 800 (175198)

SYMPTOMS

When you print a multiple-page Web page using an Epson Stylus 800 printer, a blank page may feed through the printer between each printed page.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, print the Web page at 1440 dots-per-inch (DPI) resolution, or scale the print job to 90 percent of the original. For information about altering the print resolution, or scaling a print job, view the manufacturer's documentation included with your printer.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.01a for Macintosh. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
