Bookshelf: Images Are Printed Incorrectly on Dot-Matrix Printers (175178)

SYMPTOMS

When you print an image from Microsoft Bookshelf to a dot-matrix printer, the image may be printed at between 50 and 75 percent of its original size.

This problem does not occur with inkjet or laser printers.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, copy and then paste the image into a graphics program such as Paint, and then print the image from this program.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
