Screen Saver Password Is Not Changed with Domain Password (174979)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Passwords tool in Control Panel to change your Windows NT domain password, and the Windows Screen Saver check box is already selected, the screen saver password is not changed to the new Windows NT domain password.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

This problem no longer occurs in Windows 98. To resolve this problem, install the current version of Windows. For information about the current version of Windows, visit http://www.microsoft.com/windows.
