How To Do No User Intervention Setup (174772)

You can not use the following command-line to do an unattended set up of
Microsoft Internet Explorer:
MSIE302.EXE /Q:1 /R:N /C:"INSTALL.EXE <destination directory>"
The <destination directory> is the location where Internet Explorer
is to be installed.
CAUSE
The command-line parameter used in the above command-line allows
Internet Explorer to do an unattended setup. This is not a quiet
setup, because the file-copying dialog is not suppressed. There is
no command-line parameter that suppresses the file-copying dialog.
NOTE: The above command-line in the Status section applies to Internet
Explorer version 2.0 Express Setup program.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in IEAK version 3.2a.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
