OL97: Error When Closing Message with File Attached (174526)

SYMPTOMS

When using Microsoft Outlook 97, you may encounter the following error message when closing an item with a file attached:
A program still has file attachment <file name> open. Changes to this document will be lost unless you save your changes to another file using the File Save As command on the File menu in the other program.

CAUSE

This error will occur if the attached file is currently open by the Quick View Plus program from Inso Corporation.

RESOLUTION

Close the Quick View Plus program before closing the Outlook message item.
