To access product identification information for the Microsoft IntelliPoint software, use the following steps:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Mouse.
3. On the StepSavers, Basics, Productivity, Visibility, or Wheel tab, right-click, and then click About.

From About, you can obtain the following information:

• Product Identification Number
• Mouse Driver version
• Pointer version
• IntelliPoint version

NOTE: The IntelliPoint Mouse control panel contains StepSavers, Pointers, Basics, Productivity, Visibility, Wheel, and General tabs. The Pointers and General tabs do not originate from the IntelliPoint software and will not provide the product information discussed in this article.
