XL97: #NULL! Error Copying Formula That Contains a Label (174288)

When you copy a formula from one cell to another, the resulting value is a
#NULL! error.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You copy a formula that contains both a label and a defined name
reference.
-and-
- The reference to the defined name is located between two label
references as in the following example:
=<Label1> <Defined name> <Label2>
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
