SUMMARY

This article descibes the support boundaries for Microsoft Money users who access the Internet through a proxy at their office.

Corporations can set up a proxy for their employees to have access to the Internet; for security reasons, each proxy may have varying levels of security. Money requires a secure Internet connection.

MORE INFORMATION

If Money cannot access a site through a proxy, you must test Money using a modem and Dial-Up Networking. For access to Internet sites, you must use an Internet Service Provider (ISP). If Money works with Dial-Up Networking and your ISP, but not through your proxy, this is beyond our support boundaries. Speak to your network administrator to make sure that your proxy is correctly set up for a secure proxy, and that no restrictions apply to your Internet connections.
