On Alpha computers, the KeInitSystem function may return the value of an
uninitialized variable. In certain random situations, the function
KeInitSystem() can return FALSE when it should be returning TRUE. When
compiled for Alpha computers, the function will effectively do nothing.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
