SUMMARY

To view the last payment date of an active Automatic Payment (Apay), go to the Bills screen in Money 2000, Money 99, and Money 98 or the Payment Calender in versions 4.0 and 5.0.

Money 99 and Later

  1. On the Money navigation bar, click Bills.

    In Money 2002 and later, click Accounts & Bills on the Money navigation bar, and then click Bills & Deposits List.
  2. In the left pane, click Set up Bills & Deposits. (This step does not apply in Money 2002.)
  3. Under Scheduled Bills & Withdrawals, scan the list of payees for the Apay you want to revise. Right-click this Payee, and then click Edit.
  4. Click Scheduling Option to see more information regarding this Apay such as Frequency, Due Date, and Amount of the transaction. Most of the fields except Memo, Category and Classification will be unavailable; only Category and Memo information may be changed.
If you want to change other information, for example the name or the amount, you need to cancel the original instructions and create new instructions.

Money 98

  1. On the Money Home screen, click Bills on the navigation bar.
  2. Go to the calendar on the left side of the screen and click the right arrow twice to move forward 2 months.

    Note Moving two months ahead will ensure that the next payment in the series will be viewable in the Payment Calendar list.
  3. Right-click the Apay in the Payment List, and then click Edit.

    You will see information identifying this transaction as an Apay and stating the date of the last payment.
  4. Click OK to see more information regarding this Apay such as Frequency, Due Date, and Amount of the transaction. Most of the fields except Memo, Category and Classification will be unavailable; only Category and Memo information may be changed.
If you want to change other information, for example the name or the amount, you need to cancel the original instructions and create new instructions.

Money 4.0 and 5.0

  1. Go to the Contents Page and click Payment Calendar.
  2. Go to the calendar on the right side of the screen and click the right arrow two times to move forward two months.
