PRJ98: ScreenTip Remains On Your Screen in Inactive Window (172908)

In an inactive window in Microsoft Project, a ScreenTip will remain visible
until you redraw the screen. For example, if the inactive window contains a
hyperlink to a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) and you rest the mouse over
the hyperlink, the ScreenTip remains on the screen until you update the
window.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, refresh the screen by minimizing and then
maximizing the Microsoft Project window or by switching to another
application and then switching back to Microsoft Project.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
Project listed above.
