When you use Windows Explorer to browse a NetWare server from a computer
running Windows NT, the name of any printer queue that contains a
period is truncated. Neither the period nor any characters to the right of
the period appear.
CAUSE
Windows NT incorrectly calculates the buffer used to store the printer
name.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
