COPY Command at Command Prompt Does Not Prompt to Overwrite File (172774)

When you use the COPY command from a command prompt to copy a file, if
the file already exists, you are not prompted to verify overwriting the
existing file.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, ensure that the file you are copying does
not already exist at the target location.
