SYMPTOMS

The VC++ compiler reports missing Imsconf2.c and Iimsconf2.h files. Where can I get these files?

RESOLUTION

The Imsconf2.c and Imsconf2.h files are created after your .idl file is compiled by the MIDL compiler.

You must add the directory in which the IDL file resides to the include path. Your libraries must be in the library path as well.
