Works 95: Error message when you click "Launch Works Forum" in Works 4.0 (172166)

SYMPTOMS

When you click Launch Works Forum on the Help menu in Microsoft Works for Windows 95, you receive the following error message from MSN, The Microsoft Network:
The file, folder, or service that is linked to this shortcut has been moved or no longer exists.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the Microsoft Product Forums have been removed from MSN.

The Microsoft Product Forums have not been available on MSN since version 2.0 of the MSN software.
