XL97: Error Creating Web Page with Option Base 1 Setting (172165)

When you programmatically create a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)
document by using the Htmlconvert function, you may receive one of the
following error messages:
The export could be completed. The entry "0" of the array that you
defined might not be an object.
Run-time error '9':
Subscript out of range
CAUSE
This error occurs if you specify the setting Option Base 1 in the module
sheet.
NOTE: The array of objects that you pass to the Htmlconvert function must
begin with element 0.
WORKAROUND
To work around the problem, use either of the following methods:
