The Active User Sessions Always Displays Total Users Sessions (171915)

When you select Active Users in the SNA Server Manager program for the
subdomain, the Active User Sessions always display the total active user
sessions, even when the 3270 or APPC option is selected.
CAUSE
The SNA Manager service (snaexp.exe) is not selecting the count field
correctly.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SNA Server version 3.0 and
3.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1). This problem was corrected in the latest SNA
Server version 3.0 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining this
Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base
(without the spaces):
