FIX: Menus on Wrong Monitor for Multi-monitor Configuration (171542)

The Developer Studio menus will always be drawn on the primary monitor of a
multiple-monitor system, even if the menu bar is elsewhere.
This only applies to versions of Windows that provide multi-monitor
support.
RESOLUTION
Developer Studio must be run from the primary monitor.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed
at the beginning of this article. This bug has been fixed in Visual Studio
97 Service Pack 3.

MORE INFORMATION
If Developer Studio is run in a monitor other than the primary monitor, the
menu bar will be displayed on the correct monitor, but any of the sub-menus
(File, Edit, View, etc.) will be displayed on the primary monitor.
