Macro Virus Protection Alert May Not Appear (171093)

When you open a file that contains a Microsoft Visual Basic
for Applications macro, a macro virus alert message fails to appear even
though Macro Virus Protection is selected on the General tab in the
Options dialog box.
CAUSE
This problem may occur when you open a file that contains Visual Basic
macro code in a class module or when you open a file that contains code
that is associated with a UserForm.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
