To insert an HTML signature into Outlook Express messages, use the following steps:

  1. On the Tools menu in Outlook Express, click Stationery.
  2. On either the Mail tab or the News tab, click Signature.
  3. Click File.
  4. Type the path and name of the HTML file you want to use, or click Browse and locate the file, and then click OK.
  5. Click OK.
  6. To insert your signature into a message, click Insert Signature on the toolbar, or press CTRL+SHIFT+S.
To automatically insert your signature in each new message, use the following steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Stationery.
  2. On either the Mail tab or the News tab, click Signature.
  3. Click the "Add this signature to all outgoing messages" check box to select it, and then click OK.
  4. If you want to add your signature to new messages only, click the "Don't add signature to Replies and Forwards" check box to select it.
  5. Click OK.
