PRJ: Open Event Disabled When Opening a Project from Hyperlink (170710)

When you open a project by clicking a hyperlink, the Visual Basic Open
Event does not run.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
Project listed above.
MORE INFORMATION
When a file is opened via a hyperlink, open events such as macros that are
designed to run automatically, are not triggered. This problem occurs even
though you receive a warning indicating that the file you are attempting to
open contains macros.
