Import Module Appears to Be Hung (170051)

When you are running an import, the progress bar shows 100 percent complete
and appears to hang there for up to 30 minutes or more. Task Manager shows
CPU usage at 100 percent, and the import module shows Not Responding. (To
start Task Manager, press CTL+SHIFT+ESC. After Task Manager appears, click
the Performance tab for CPU usage, or the Applications tab for program
status.) If no user action is taken, the import completes normally.
WORKAROUND
As long as the CPU shows usage, allow the import to continue running. It
should complete normally.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Usage Analyst 2.0. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
