XFOR: New IMS Routing Functionality in Exchange Server 5.0 SP2 (169683)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Exchange Server 5.0
This article was previously published under Q169683 SUMMARY
In Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.0, the Internet Mail Service has the
added ability to reroute Internet mail. To configure this feature, you have
to specify any domain(s) that will be handled by Exchange Server. When you
specify a domain in the Routing tab of the Internet Mail Service, a
subdomain match is implied.
In Exchange Server 5.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2), you now have the ability to
specify an exact domain match in the routing list.
