When opening a Microsoft Team Manager file in Microsoft Access, the custom
fields will have the data type of OLE Object and the value will be Long
Binary Data. You will not be able to edit these fields or view the actual
data they contain.
MORE INFORMATION
To work around this, store any necessary information in a pre-defined
field. For instance, the Description field can be used to store information
which will be viewable in Microsoft Access as a Memo field.
