This article was previously published under Q169369

SUMMARY

When opening a Microsoft Team Manager file in Microsoft Access, the custom fields will have the data type of OLE Object and the value will be Long Binary Data. You will not be able to edit these fields or view the actual data they contain.

MORE INFORMATION

To work around this, store any necessary information in a pre-defined field. For instance, the Description field can be used to store information which will be viewable in Microsoft Access as a Memo field.
