CRS: ACL Replication Applies Incorrect Permission (169315)

If the Content Replication System (CRS) access control list (ACL)
replication cannot look up a user account that has permissions on source
or stager content (that is, the SID references a trusted domain that is
temporarily inaccessible), the corresponding permission is stripped from
the content on the target.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial
Internet System version 1.0.
A supported fix is now available, but has not been fully regression-tested
and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.
Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, Microsoft
recommends that you wait for the next Service Pack that contains this fix.
