The Microsoft Office 97 Small Business Edition is not recognized as a
qualifying program by the Compliance Checking Program (CCP) in the
PowerPoint 97 upgrade version.
CAUSE
The Microsoft Office 97 Small Business Edition is a newer product than
PowerPoint 97.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem and install the upgrade version of Microsoft
PowerPoint 97, contact Microsoft Technical Support for assistance.
