PUB97: IntelliMouse Wheel Not Supported on Windows NT 4.0 (168899)

If you are using a Microsoft IntelliMouse and you are running Microsoft Publisher 97
on Microsoft Windows 95, turning the mouse wheel enlarges and reduces the
zoom percentage. If you do the same operation on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, version
4.0, nothing happens.
CAUSE
Microsoft Publisher 97 does not support the features of the
IntelliMouse. Publisher 97 was released before both the IntelliMouse and
Microsoft Windows NT, version 4.0.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in
Microsoft Publisher 98.
