PPT7: Printing Programmatically Generates Error (168896)

When you print programmatically with the Microsoft PowerPoint 95 object
model, you may receive the following error message:
Run-Time error '438':
Object doesn't support this property or method
This problem occurs if the print command is issued directly from the
PrintOptions class. For example:
ppt.ActivePresentation.PrintOptions.Print
This problem does not occur in Microsoft PowerPoint 97.

and assumes the following conditions are true:
- Microsoft PowerPoint 95 is running.
- The presentation you want to print is open.

STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft PowerPoint 97.
